Phenomenal service with a warm greeting upon entry. ✨️ Duncan took our order and was wonderful, as it was our first time eating there. Grace served our food and she was full of smiles. We both chose the two meat plates. The mac & cheese was bland, as were the hush puppies that were dry. The brisket was tender and delicious. The chicken thighs and pulled pork were also good. The french fries ended up being the favorite side. Definitely will visit again. ❤️🍖
first time coming here as we got 2 25$ gift cards for christmas! food wasn't terrible, i love baked potatoes so i had to get one as im not a huge bbq fan. i got a decent size portion of chicken (i asked for mine on the side) and asked for extra sour cream. soda was fantastic always love me some dr pepper. boyfriend got a burger called "the caveman" and he said it was fantastic. the fries are delicious! overall for the both of us it came to around 35$ and left us with 15$ and change on our second gift card. i personally wouldn't come here again (unless i had more gift cards) as im not big on spending money on food outside of what i cook but if you like bbq or just meat in general id recommend!!
We were very impressed with the catering service. They exceeded our expectations! Whittney was super personable answering all of my questions in a way that made me feel confident in our decision of what we ordered. We were feeding a group of 100 people and she was amazing in helping us decide the correct amounts to feed our group. She went above and beyond with our crazy schedule in making sure it was delivered and set up perfectly! Thank you for making our event go smooth from start to finish and it was delicious!
Great employess who care! Hailey and Dan made my lunch exceptional! They went above and beyond. Great smiles, positive interaction and they bring a great atmosphere to R&R along with the food!
The portions are super generous so much so we took some home one could probably split most entrees with a loved one or friend. Dan was our order taker and he goes above and beyond to make sure the experience there was top notch everyone also is super nice and accommodating this is a must add to anyone’s dining rotation
Great family style dining with incredibly friendly staff and delicious food. The options were what you would expect from a BBQ place. The food came out to the table quickly despite being dinner and everything was as ordered. The brisket was good and moist and the hushpuppies were super tasty.
Came in for lunch today and Dan and Hailey were great hosts. These guys worked together as a team and presented the daily specials and regular menu very well. Food came out quickly, looked good, and tasted great. Service was top notch. If you are looking for some really good BBQ come see these guys and ask for Big Dan or Heavenly Hailey. They will not disappoint!
Food was delicious. I loved the 4 sauce bottles on each of the tables and the fried pickles were scrumptious to go with the smoked brisket and pork
Dan was a very nice waitress ! The restaurant is clean and the music had the right volumen where we can chat and have a good time! Scones are delicious !
Harrison was our meat cutter and I went and asked if he was willing to give me a replacement rib. He went above and beyond and gave me a whole new set to replace my meal that I was not 100% satisfied with. I didn’t go into complain, I simply went to just go ask for a replacement and he wanted me to be totally satisfied with the product that I purchased. Thank you, R&R for training your employees to go above and beyond. That’s why I Go to R&R for my barbecue needs!❤️💪🏾
